Can I just ask.........when did you get your +opk, and how long after (or was it same day) that your temp went up??

I got a +opk sunday, but temp was as norm on the sunday, monday and tuesday.

I got a whole degree jump in my bbt the morning of my pos opk. My opks have been getting darker until if FINALLY showed pos! Just keep tracking and !! I hope you get your
