Well an ovulation stick shows pregnancy hormone as well as LH but if you are getting a +ve on an opk because you're pregnant you should get a +ve hpt too...

My opks turned positive after I'd had positive hpts...

It's possible but fairly unlikely. I'd do another hpt in 2-3 days...

Are your opk lines dark? Is there a reason you don't think you're ovulating?

If it's the same as the control line I'd say you're about to ov, get !! Ov days aren't necessarily the same each month... Mine varied a lot.

Sorry to say but it doesn't sound like you're pregnant if you're nearing ov time you should def be getting positive pregnancy tests if you are pregnant. In rare cases people don't get positives for a while but most people do
