Yikes- I'm a little confused....

I'm on CD 10 using Clomid CY 2-6 and donor sperm.

Today, my u/s showed three follicles. On one side, I have a 16 and an 18.. The other side has only one and it's an 11. I'm going back tomorrow for a repeat u/s and possibly a trigger (LH was only 3.7 today). Does this sound like I could have a good chance this month?
