Yikes! Some of the liquid came back out after my injection this morning!

I think I went in at a slight angle rather than 90 degrees with my buserelin injection this morning in my thigh. I waited 15 seconds, pulled the needle out, and a drop of medication followed by some blood came out!

It stopped bleeding as soon as I put pressure on it.

Worried now that I haven't had a full dose.

I'm on stims too and there always seems to be a droplet on the end when I pull out even after waiting 15 seconds.

I've got my first stims scan today after 10 days of gonal f. Now freaking that I haven't given myself the full dosages and they might say I'm not responding and cancel!

Do you press down with tissue/antiseptic wipe before pulli the needle out?

Nope, I just apply pressure with my fingers. My clinic said not to use wipes. Even if I did the liquid would still have come out though I just wouldn't have seen it?

Don't worry that happened to me a couple of times too. The nurse said keep the needle in and count to ten after injecting to prevent that happening.
