As a lot of ladies may not be able to joing groups or pay for the WL groups such as WW ect you can loose weight without them!

It's a simple formula - eat less and exercise more! Not starving yourself, that's the worse thing to do, just eat in proportion, and drink WATER! Water is a miracle it's great when trying to loose weight!

I've started trying to shift my baby weight as from 1st June and so far I've lost one stone! Still have a long while to go yes but we can all do it! It gets hard, I sometimes miss all the snacks ect and thing this weight will never shift and I'll always be a fat hump ect lol thinking I will neverbe like how I used to be, but we can do this ladies! From frumpy mummies to yummy mummmies! This is more of a motivation thread for you ladies than anything else!
