I gave Caitlyn a bath at 6pm, just had some warm milk.. She doesn't seem tired atall

Alexa goes to bed fairly late at 10PM, but it's better thn 3AM when she used to go to sleep :dohh: Ideally, I would like her to go to bed at 8:30 PM

Oh, and I also bath her every night, and give her a night time snack so she is not on my boob all night

well she's having a feed now, and she'll have her last one at 10pm. So we do bath at 9pm and into sleepsuit, feed at 10pm and shes asleep by 11pm :) She sleeps until 7-8am.

jack has a bath at 9 then bottle at 9.30 and in bed by 10 and he will sleep all night til 7,

Starting tomorrow night she's going to bed, in her own bed, at 7pm, whether she likes it or not

wow! good luck! let us know how it goes :)

Lola has a really set bedtime routine and still never goes to sleep before 10.30....no way...

oo i hope that works for you. you goin to try CIO? katie has her last feed sometime between 6.30 and 7 and then goes down when she's finished. i think tonight's gona be bad tho, she's screamin with her teeth

Not like she'll remember it in a month anyway!

Honestly... if you want her to go to bed in her own bed at 7:00 you may have a few nights of screaming and fighting it, but she really wont remember it down the road.

Good luck... routines are very important for young children, it gives them stability and security. And down the road it helps with discipline.

Jasmine has her cereal and veggies bettween 6:00-6:30, then a bath (im going to try every night now, I used to only do a few times a week)... Then she gets a book and a cuddle and is put down about 7:00pm. She gets a dream feed at 10:00pm.

Any child I know goes to bed around 7:00.

Seren has her last bottle at about 9/half9pm, and then will go down to sleep straight at about 10pm, and will sleep for about 12hours.
I give her a bath just before her last bottle everyother day.

aww! good job!

I could never get Colton to sleep at 7. Theres no way. I would ideally like him to be in bed by 8-8.30, but 7 is just to early as his dad doesn't even get home until 6-6.30 and I like us to all have that time together.
He has bath at 8.30, bottle at 9-9.15 and in bed by 9.30 usually. Sometimes he likes to not be tired though, and if he isn't in bed by 10pm, I will go lay him down in there, tell him good night and walk out. He usually gets up and plays with the blinds or talks/yells to himself (not in a cry anymore, more of a just.. "I'm here... bored!" lol) for around 5-15 minutes and then he will climb on his pillow and go to sleep himself :)

I have only got Joseph in a routine for the past few weeks, before that he would go to bed any time between 8pm and 11pm! Now he has a bath about 6pm, a bottle of milk, then is usually down by 6:30. I dream feed him at 10:30pm and he wakes up between 5am-7am, if its 5am I put him in our bed and he falls asleep til 7!

Kyle will have his dinner, his last little play then his bath between 6pm and 6:30pm..dependant on if he's been with his childminder. If he has he's usually more tired and will need his bath at 6, no later. And he's usually always sleeping by half past 7 :D I've stuck to this routine since he was born, i'm so glad I did :)

I thought you bf her???? good job on getting her to sleep! I cant believer its that late over there already...

I do, but I've been giving her milk in a cup with meals for a week or so
