Your bedtime routines and times?

Yeah, but I want to put her in her cot tomorrow, and I think she would wake up if I got her out

Does she usually have a night feed anyway? If not you might be ok anyway. Good luck getting her in her cot, Joseph had been in his cot for a while but when he put him in his own room he just screamed, I ended up sleeping next to him on the floor in a sleeping bag for a week lol, he's fine now xx

5:30 dinner, 6 bath, 6:30 book, 6:45 (or so) bottle in bed by 7 (and she puts herself to sleep at night now :happydance: This does vary some days but usually we stay roughly along those times

hmmm maybe since your giving milk in a cup (what kind of milk??) She will be able to drop the night feeds? If its just comfort feeding then you may just need to get her accustomed to something else for comfort.

If she cries I will just get her out, feed her, put her back. It's going to be hard, but I'm ready to break the habit.

lots of luck toria, sounds like you're off to a good start :) our routine is odd as james comes in late (normally just before 7) so this is what we do, i give her a bath around 5/6 to get her settled and she plays whilst i do dinner, then james comes in, we eat, then they play together and james puts her too bed - he gets the bottle, muslin and dummy ready, gives her the bottle, then pops the muslin with her, as a comfort, dummy in and straight to bed, by 8 normally, though the last few nights it been slightly earlier as she's poorly and tired! x

Usually between 6pm-7pm depending how long i can keep Harley awake. lol I usually lay down and nurse her to sleep. No real routine for us.

Our new and improved routine:
6pm dinner
7pm Bathtime, change into pjs, read out good night book, listen to prayer bunny
730pm Bottle time.
8pm down into the crib for bed.

GOSH I hope that the time springing forward this weekend doesn't mess us up!

Good job on getting her to sleep! :happydance:

We have:
8.30 dinner, baby cereal
9.00-bath time
9.30-diaper change, change into PJs
10.00-10.30 is book reading time, cuddles, placing her in her cot and in her sleeping bag, tucking her in.
I then put out all the lights except her rotating night light, remember to plug in her glade plug-in and she is asleep at 10.30 and sleeps through the entire night until 7.30 am

It's a very fragile thing

Annabelle has a bath between 6 and 7 and feed when she is done usually between 6.45 and 7 has about 3oz falls asleeps and sleeps until between 6-7am

good luck toria with bed time

this is pretty much our routine as well. It can vary by 30 minutes or so but I try to keep to it. It seems to be working better Brenn is starting to have more good nights than bad, aside from last night which was horrible.

Will try to remember to remind you tomorrow

Ted wakes from his last day nap no later than 3.30. Or 4 at a push. Then it's dinner at 5ish. Bath at 6. Breastfeed at 6.30 then to bed and hopefully asleep by 7.

the gap between daytime naps and bedtime is very important for us.

Time change for us Europeans is at the end of the month no?

Bath about 6-6.30ish
Bottle after bath
Put down in Cot between 7-7.30 awake or not and left to get herself to sleep which she does very well :)
