Lilac, I get those "pangs" too still sometimes, even when I have nothing to be axious amount

I can definitely relate to pangs in the stomach, anxiety type feeling.. this was a huge tip off to me that something was up. As our baby was a surprise also, just feeling really tired. According to OH I was tired & moody for weeks really! As when we found out I was 9wks along, it answered alot of questions I was wondering about my mood swings/random crying & tiredness!
