just go easy on the rice , eat brown rice if you like it

oranges are fine , grapes are ok but only small amounts , berries are fine

ALL veg is fine , have a vegtable stir fry with chicken
 
nvr even thot o stir fry :dohh: i dont eat it with rice, i eat it with cous cous :D

pittas are quite high in calories tho
 
lol pittas are fine , as long as your are eating healthy and not to much and exercing. then claories dont matter as much as you think they do

day 1:

breakfast: none

mid morning snack: apple

lunch: wholemeal pitta, chicken, and salad

tea: ^^^^^ same(yes lazy ass i know was at work)

afternoon snack: apple

extras: 1 pack of tictacs:blush: dont do smelly breath at work :rofl:

drinks: water and 4 cups of tea(semi skimmed milk no sugar)

excercise, walked/jogged 2km on treadmill
cycled 8 km

need 2 take excercise easy due to recent circumstances

day 5

breakfast: apple+satsuma,bowl of shreddies

snack: ryvita multigrain(dry)

lunch:apple+berries

snack:none

tea: sweet potato+grilled chicken with steamed veg

extras: quavers

drinks water + tea x 5

excercise 30 crunches
 
Definalty try to get a wide veritey of fruits inb your diet as differnt ones contain different nutrients.

All berries are excellent and anti carsagenic in particular blueberries
Melon
Plums
Pears
Kiwi Fruit (eat like a boiled egg) awsome amounts of vitamin C
Apricots - also really good dried but aviod the really orange looking ones as they are sometimes treated with sulfur dioxide to keep the colour

Check out market stalls and health food shops for dried fruit you can pick up more interesting dried fruits here like dried mango, cranberries, papya, pear etc, this is great to snack on and really good sourse of fibre.
 
i currently have a meon ripening as we speak, i have a bag of dried apricots 4m the health food shop, an i 4got bout kiwis :dohh: love them 2! bn snackin like hell 2day on all i can lay hands on(lol fruitwise) think its cos ive nothing to do!!!
 
day 6

breakfast: shredded wheat with raisins and blueberries thro it

snack: strawberries,blueberries+clementine

lunch:none(was working)

tea:chicken salad and peppers

snack:none

drinks: 1 glass of cranberry juice, water tea x 2

extras:1 pack of wrigleys extra

excercise 20 crunches
 
Just something to look out for with fruit juice is to avoid anything from concentrate as it contains no nutritional value and is packed with sugar.
 
yea was not from concentrate, and i will not be drinking it again! it was vile :rofl: i had to hold my nose drinking it
 
day 6

breakfast:1xhealthy living weetabix, nectarine, mandarin, glass of cranberry juice(yak!)

lunch:none

snack:none

tea: chicken blackbean stirfry

snack:none

drinks: water, cranberry juice tea x 2
