Zinc for TTC ?? does it help..

hi, me & my husband have been trying for baby no 2 for 3 1/2 years now, got a son who is 3 years old, he is getting very lonely & im so sad, tried everything under the sun, any recommendations from all you lovely ladies out there in the same boat, zinc tablets?? i heard somewhere.....

Any replies i will be truly grateful, thanks in advance

Hi

zinc is meant to help with sperm, so worth a try. Ive heard lots of good things about maca, but had no luck yet myself.

Have u been to your gp?

I've had DH on Zinc since July but this is only our first cycle TTC so I can't report back yet I'm afraid. Good Luck

I got my hubby to take Zinc the month we did conceive. We tried 11 months prior to that. Sadly it ended in Miscarriage, but I did swear by them. I took the mother and father to be sanatogen double pack. x
