I sure hope so! I'm going to try temping with my opks so hopefully that helps.

I love temping. It's great to know when you ovulated, and you can predict when af is coming. I had a huge temp dip yesterday and knew right then I was out. Af came early this morning. The only other time I have ever charted is when I got pregnant with dd and I never had a temp dip in the luteal phase so I just knew it was af. So it's super easy to know exactly what your body is doing! Only thing with me is I did not have ewcm at all, only watery. So this month I want to see if my cm is any better (this was my first cycle of bcp)
