10 wks pp hips and knees ache

Does anyone else have this problem, I have to take my time up/down stairs. The joints sometimes feel tight.

My hips have become really achey and ive been wondering why/what's the cause too so I'll be watching. X

I have been in a great deal of pain. My son is now about 16 weeks and I am still in a great deal of pain. Some days are better than others. Some days I can't lift my leg to get in our mini van. I am still sleeping on our couch because I can't roll over in bed.

I've had groin pain and pain down my right leg....my right hip "clunks"....I have been diagnosed with depression and I know that it is heAlth related anxiety.....I wonder if this is what I have?!
