10DPO - see anything?

I'm trying hard not to jump out of my skin with excitement. Can you see anything or are my eyes playing tricks on me?

A very faint line showed up after the test dried, but within the time limit. It has not changed since. I *think* it has color.

It's definitely there, and it's definitely pink! This is FRER, 10DPO, after a 4 hour hold:
