Those numbers are fab! I’m betting that “spot” was a little sac starting to form and the ovary was just the big cyst that is always there at the beginning of pregnancy. Fx!!!!

Sounds like a cyst on your ovary I've had it with my previous pregnancies as well I will say with my ectopics the cyst was big and very noticeable but with my successful pregnancies it was there but not nearly as big and for sure my hcg numbers didn't double well at all and I always get bleeding of some sort. The last ectopic the cyst was so big they told me the same thing that the egg implanted on or in the ovary but nope. I don't think you have to worry too much about that your hcg is doubling normally. I have everything crossed for you.
