13 DPT and stared bleeding

I am 13 DPT i had 2 embryos put back and am 4 days away from testing, i am thinking i'm out have stared bleeding. It's not really heavy at the moment but i have really bad stomach ache i know that i might not be out yet but am starting to panic. I thought i was doing really well i've been having some signs of early pregnancy and had not started bleeding yet. I don't know what to do feel so downhearted at the moment i really don't want it to fail

Thank you, i'm still hoping i'm in with a chance with them putting 2 back. One might have failed but the other might have taken and i'll get a got everything crossed am so scared.

Iv had 2 failed cycles of IVF myself and know how soul destroying it is.
