13w 2d nub guess?

This is hopefully my rainbow baby after a miscarriage back in July. I had my nt scan today. The baby cooperated for the most part but the spine isnt straight. I think I know what it is based on nub theory and would love input because I am a bit biased. Regardless I will be happy with any gender just a healthy baby is all I want.
