14 weeks and slight pains

Hi,
I a 14 weeks and 4 days pregnant and today I have been having sharp pains down either side of my lower abdomen. They are not intense or anything and can carry on with everyday activities but have been aware of then most of the day. They are unlike the stretching you get sometimes when sneezing or coughing and no where near as intense but have been aware of them all day for the first time. Anyone else had these? Xx
