15 and pregnant

I just turned 15. I am pregnant. My parents do know but they will not help! My grandparents do not know yet, any way. I can't tell my friends for fear they will tell their friends and I will be gossip. I do not know who the father is, I am assuming it was a mysterious male. I need help.
