15mm follicle yesterday, positive OPK today??

Yesterday I had a scan and only had a 15mm follicle, I'm on CD 23, and took clomid cd3-7, she said I didn't have any "ripe" eggs yet. So why is my OPK positive today??!!! Isn't my egg to small?? What does this mean

You can have a mature egg at size 15. My RE had a patient that had 1 mature follie at 18 and she had 2 at size 14. He said she conceived triplets. Her size 14's were mature. So it's possible to have a mature egg in size 15 follie.
