I'm 16w 4d, and the other day I had measured 1lb over my pre-pregnancy weight and I practically celebrated! Today I'm back 2lbs under.
Shouldn't I be gaining weight by now? I only lost about 5lbs total in the first trimester, I've just been struggling to gain anything! I'm not very hungry (I'm certainly not "eating for two" but everything I've read says I don't need to yet!), but I am eating well I think.
My midwife has suggested I do a 3 day nutrition journal to keep track of what I'm eating, but she isn't really worried. Everyone says I look great, but gives me heck for not eating mine AND a baby's share, and is concerned when I say I'm still under my pre-pregnancy weight.
I have no history of eating disorders, not to worry there, I just haven't got a big appetite right now!
Ideas or tips?
