17 weeks and stomach as flat as a pancake..normal?

I'm nearly 17 weeks with #1 and not showing at all, nothing, not even a little bit. I'm short at 5"2 and naturally narrow framed, slim and petite... It's not like there's much room for the baby to hide. Midwife even said baby and placenta are quite big for my GA. Should I not be showing by now?

How women carry depends a lot of muscle tone and just all out frame. Your first you dont show as fast, either. If your midwife says all looks healthy, then consider yourself lucky!

I remember it taking FOREVER for me to show with my 1st hang in there, your going to pop any day now and once you do it wont stop lol

Enjoy it - I was not noticeable pregnant until 22/23 weeks last time - now I look huge at 18 weeks... First babies take a little longer to pop out - your abs normally hold them in for longer, whereas baby number 2 gets a free pass as their older sibling has stretched you out.

With #1i didnt find out till i was 19w and never got a bump till 28w.
Then in last 6w i grew at an alarming rate and was huge at dd she was 8lb 10oz.

So no you dont need to worry

I didn't have a noticeable bump until 21/22 weeks with my first!

I only have a tiny little bump now with my second!

I wouldn't worry at all

I only got the tiniest little bump after 20 weeks with my first. My MIL didn't believe I was even pregnant until I had my 20 week scan and thought I was lying to "trap" her son (lovely woman that she is...)

I know it's frustrating waiting for a bump to show but you'll pop soon enough, I'm sure

I wouldn't worry hun I didn't show with my first until 25 weeks and even then It was a tiny bump when I went for my 20 week anomaly ultrasound I felt like the odd one out as everyone seemed to have a bump and I didn't I bet people thought I was having a 12 week scan not a 20 week scan this time round I'm not showing yet not even a bulge and I'm 16 weeks I'm guessing I won't show until the 25 week mark like last pregnancy x

I'm 21 weeks pregnant with twins (My first pregnancy) And even with twins I feel tiny! People even tell me "You're tiny!"
I guess everyone is different. And if the Dr. says all is well, I wouldn't worry.
