18 month old HATES buses

Hi everyone my daughter is 18 months and for the last year we have had to et buses due to no other transport. For the last few weeks she has turned into a nightmare to take on them. She crys, screams, screeches, pulls the seats down ect I've tried ignoring, distraction with books and games and telling her naughty but nothing works! It's getting me down as feel so embarrassed as shes normally a lovely natured toddler apart from her tantrums and dont want people thinking shes a bad toddler she upset anothe raid the other day from her screaming aswell. Any help on how to handle this please?
