I know how wrong it feels when life goes on around you and the world just keeps turning. I can't imagine getting to where you are now, I can't see past tomorrow. You've got to congratulate yourself for getting through so far and all the progress you've made, though - well done, you didn't let this beat you. I'm sure your lovely girl will be proud of her mum, as will Sophia when she's old enough to realise how resilient you are.
I've a feeling it might always feel like it was yesterday though. My Mum was talking to the receptionist at her doctor's and she asked how I was, then quietly told her how her daughter would have been 21 that day. She had a son susequently but said you never forget. I don't think we'd want to, would we?
