1st round of clomid, bloating and painful cramps, is this normal???

Hi ladies.... I wonder if anyone has had this....

This is my first round of clomid after trying for over 2 years for baby no.2, I took 50mg on days 2-6 and apart from slight headaches and some insomnia I didn't really have any side effects when taking the pills. On my CD12 u/s scan I had a follicle measuring 26mm.
I had a positive opk on CD14 and on CD17 I had some terrible pains that lasted all day, it hurt when I sat down, moved about, went to the toilet etc... Was in my lower abdomen and lower back. I'm now CD19 and I still have cramps and lower back ache, it's just like being on AF and I feel terrible, really tired, really bloated and just rubbish in general...

Anyone else experienced this on clomid??? Is it a good/bad sign???

I had the same symptoms with my last cycle of clomid 25mg days 3-7...apparently those were ovulation pains, so I guess its a good thing.

Currently starting clomid cycle 2 today - dosage changed to 50mg days (3-7)
