1st Time Temping For Ov...HELP!!!!

Hi. I am a first timer for the temping. I just bought a thermometer today and i am on cd7. My AF usually ends on cd7. I will start temping once my AF stops. Also i am registered with fertility friend. What am I suppose to do? I need as much information as possible.

OPKs have been difficult to read for me because they looked positive for 2 weeks straight. After the OPKs I ust tried to DTD but thats not working so for the first time I am going to try temping I heard that it is very helpful.

Hiya, I registered with fertility friend, it plots your graph and you can record everything on there, it's really useful. It also confirms when u ovulate. You can also search other peoples charts, so it's really good.

The fertility friend tutorial is great. If you want to read up tons on your cycle, the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility will tell you more than you knew you didn't know about charting. It's amazing.

The keys are to take your temp at the same time (or so) every morning after 3 hours of good sleep, if possible. If you don't sleep 3 hours before you temp but you take it at the right time make sure to mark "Sleep Deprived" under specific and FF will mark the day an open circle, which it also does if you take your temp more than an hour away from usual. That way you know when looking at your chart that the temp might be off.
