1st time ttc lesbian couple.

we are TTC using a sperm donor, 1st insemination last night, hope it went well,
bit of cramping today.
been trying to concieve 2nd child for 8 years now, 1st child was to my straight marriage, and hopefully my 2nd child to my lesbian partner this time round.

any advice???

Have you been tracking your ovulation? What sort of things have you been using to track it? Using OPKs works wonders. We got pregnant our first time TTC. I used OPKS, tracked my temp, my CM and we used a 10ML syringe. Honestly we googled everything lol. Your donor needs to donate at least 2 more times for the next 2 days. After he donates I'd lay with my hips elevated 30mins to a hour. Goodluck. *Crossing my fingers*
