2 jobs and maternity pay - very confused???

I work full time (36 hours a week) but i have 2 jobs. Each job has 2 separate maternity packages.

One job, I get 8 weeks full pay (which includes 8 weeks SMP/MA*)
+ 16 weeks half pay plus SMP/MA*
+ 15 weeks SMP/MA*
+ 13 weeks unpaid

the other job is
16 weeks full pay (which includes 16 weeks SMP/MA)*
+ 23 weeks SMP/MA*
+ 13 weeks unpaid

I am unsure how to work out what i will receive because of the two jobs. The smp now is £123 i believe.

So according to the above, will i get 16 weeks half pay with one job plus half of the £123 smp and with the other job do i get the 16 weeks full pay + half of the smp ?

i am not sure whether they mean they only pay me the full and half pay on those months and that the smp is included in my normal wage ...

totally confused by all this , has anyone else been in this situation ? any advice would be appreciated.

This is a really tricky situation!! You could be facing getting paid full SMP twice which is great until someone works it out and you have to pay it back!!

I would pass this to the HR departments of both places, let someone else sort it out!!....... it may be worth seeking advice from CAB re employment law if HR can't help.
