OK, so I am two-three weeks late. I had a bit of spotting when I wiped a couple days before my period was due. However, nothing on pants liner like normal when I spot. I took a couple at home pregnancy tests which all were negative, except one which I thought I may have seen a faint line. I also took a blood test 3 days after my period was due, and it came back negative as well. If I were to have gotten pregnant it would have been March 14 or 15. The last time I tested was the negative blood test on April 1! Any advice?

My gyn says a negative test 3 weeks past sex is definitive. My guess is that you ovulated late for some random reason. Maybe stress or sickness. For me, my period has only been weeks plus late when I had an ovarian cyst. My suggestion would be repeat the blood test in a week. Unfortunately, they don't really start investigating non pregnancy delays for 3 months. 
My other questions would be have you had unprotected sex since then? When was the last negative test? Have you been regular? Was the blood test a number result or just yes/no?
