are just the same as CD really so dont think it would make a difference tbh

are you girls hungry on meal replacement diets? thats a big issue for me!

iv had another good day today,

breakfast - small slice of birthday cake with icing took off, cup of tea no sugar,
lunch - WWtuna and sweetcorn sandwich with scrape of anchor lighter, and strawberry shape yoghurt,
dinner - WWcottage pie with a smalll sprinkle of cheese, garden peas, steamed veg and abit of gravy,

im abit hungry now so i think im gunna have an option hot chocolate, (60cal ones)

were going to york on saturday as our valentines 'thing' so no doubt ill do craply then and undo all the good work!! x

I made WW Sausage Cassarole, was delish :) had it with a small jacket potato was 6 points! :thumbup: x
 
i was wondering how it would work, i dont think id be able to 'not eat' so to speak probably more out of habit than anything!

you can still eat there is 3 solutions/plans you can choose :)

im picking the total solution plan
with no food because i need to shift my
weight intime for my holiday in july and that's the only one i will get
a rapid weightloss :happydance:
 
i think once my weighloss slows down
i'll go back to ss aswell it is bloody difficult
though :cry:
 
Yep it will be hard but just think no pain no gain :D

i have had enough of feeling like crap all the time not wanting to leave
the house hardly and i actually feel unhealthy now just want to feel healthy :D
im really excited to start now after day 2 i'll be like why was i ever excited for this? :rofl:
 
morning! didnt have anything last night so im proud of myself, not had anything yet either just a cup of tea no sugar!
 
Morning, Just had tea no sugar 1% milk too, just gonna get some rice crispies now.......
 
just had 2slices of toast with a scrape on anchor lighterand scrape of dairylea and a WW chocolate cake bar!
 
So today has been good again :thumbup: apart from water drinking and excersise :blush::blush:

breakfast - small bowl rice crispies, 1% milk, tea no sugar

Lunch - 2 slices of wholemeal toast, no spread, tin of mackrel

Tea- tuna steak and salad with 3 small new potatoes :D

quiet in here today hows everyone doing? :shrug: xx
