2010 fat busters!!

Thanks for all the help hun its so confusing
i got emails saying the confirmation went through earlier today
and the products have nearly the exact email adress
but both have the same customer service phonelines
which are american numbers i think or just fake numbers
but they are different products!

but the helpline on the site is different god this is right a mess lol

if she gives her new account details to her boss would her
money still go into her new bank account on friday?

scared about weigh in tomorrow now i doubt i will have lost,

breakfast - 1crumpet with dairylea & 1 hot cross bun with lurpak light,
lunch - 3chocolate biscuits with my coffee at my grandads,
dinner - carrots, greenbeans, 3 yorkshire puddings, 3small roast potatoes, 2scoops of mash and abit of gravy, then a small bowl of my mums trifle (sooo good!) i made her put emlea light on instead of proper full fat double cream though! i dont think iv done too bad considering its sunday!
if i get hungry later i will have a crumpet probably but thats less than 150cals with dairylea on so not too scared about that,

please wish me luck for tomorrow girls!! :(

most banks can give you your new accounts details
there and then in which case her work should be fine
to do it on friday might be worth double checking before
she closes the account for good though just incase their
payroll departments a bit crap lol

and yea i nicked my brothers exercise bike he's
got a rowing machine and what not now so he never
uses it and he said i could have it :happydance:

anything ive only had a bowl of rice pudding today
and a w.w spaghetti meal with lighter cheese sprinkled on top
and some steamed veges :)

my partner doesn't finish work until
10pm week nights so unfortunatly i have to
eat late at night ... and today we've been
out and about so we have to eat late tonight
as well ... but you are right you're not meant
to eat past 7 :thumbup:

iv read quite abit about the whole time thing and i dont go by it, i dont think it greatly affects your weightloss, i normally have dinner around 6 - 7 pm and normally have a snack between 9 - 10 each to their own though x

I have heard that it does not effect weight loss, its what you eat not when you eat x
 
Evening all!

mummy to be, hope things get sorted hun! The way i see it, is that you need a certain amount of calories to function, if you eat less calories than you burn, you will lose weight. I think it's probably better to eat earlier in the evening, just so your body has time to digest the food before you go to bed, but I don't think it'll have an effect on your weight loss too much. (am no expert, so happy to be corrected!) :D

You know they say women should be on 2000 calories a day? Well every woman is different and I have an equation you guys can use to work out what your daily calories should be... it goes as follows - it's from Jillian Michaels (the trainer on Biggest Loser);

655 + (4.3 x weight in lbs) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)

You then need to multiply it by 1.1 or 1.2 or 1.3 for your activity level (desk job = 1.1, full time Mum = 1.2, very active job (say postman etc) = 1.3) and voila... the calories your body burns each day.

Soooo... if you want to lose weight, you need to eat less than that per day. Most diets (WW, SW, RC etc) try get you to consume about 1500 a day. so that's a shortfall of roughly 500 a day (which is 3500 a week) and 3500 is the amount of calories in 1lb of fat :D

we did have its all gone now though im glad its gone like
i hated going out in it with the bairn and the pram nightmare lol

i thought wansbeck was okay but i wanted to be out of ther as soon
as i could.. but the meals were :sick: i thought lol
 
Woah mummycat! Going to work all that out when I'm abit more awake tomorrow lol. I loved watching the biggest loser, the amount the would lose week by week... WOW! They do proper push them though, I think that's what I need, a kick up the backside lol
