2010 fat busters!!

OH has just made a pepperoni pizza and it smells sooo good! :(
 
just made myself a big cheese omelette, 3eggs, no where near s much cheese as i used to thoughand no butter or no toast withit so im good :)
 
i start my cambridge diet in a weeks time!!

ill be able to post my losses instead of
gains lol im happy ive got my last roast dinner
tomorrow and my last night of alcohol

so 12lbs in 2 weeks but most prob over a stone in 3 weeks cos i never got weighed 1st week :dohh: I am gonna do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance:
 
So today breakfast - missed had my sleep in :happydance: cup tea no sugar

Lunch - jacket pot with beans and salad, diet coke

Tea - quorn shepards pie and WW toffee yogurt

Just off swimming now, not been for ages, gonna try as many lenghts as I can! :D

I've been in town all day today so kinda slacked, had a pasty and sausage and chips all day.. but I had my hair done so I still feel fab haha
 
Ahh i just had

2 peices of kfc chicken
and chips :(

so ive had

1 slice of brown toast today with not much butter
then a w.w chicken hotpot with steamed veg
w.w tomato soup with 1 slice of brown bread with butter
and kfc and chips :(

i feeeeel CRAP!
 
I Been swimming and I am starvingggg! I used to get parmo and chips and garlic sauce after swimming and I reallly want one!!!!! or a pizza.....but no WAY will I give in :cry:

today iv felt ill so iv been abit all over the place,

breakfast - cup tea no sugar, strawberry and banana smoothie
lunch - cheese omelette(has made me feel mega sick :( )
snack - 2 small pieces of my sisters pizza,
dinner - nothing yet not sure what to have and im currently drinking lucozade :dohh: i knowww its bad but i feel so sick i need something to snap me out of it!
