So far today all I've had is a pasty, my cupboards were empty, and the shopping wasn'y being delivered until this afternoon.. now I've got no excuse! I think I'm gonna have WW shepherds pie for tea, yummm
 
So far ive had

weight watcher salmon meal & steamed veg
and the mother cooked some chicken steaks in
breadcrums so i had 1 on the side :lol:

OMG I almost submitted to a hot thick slice of toast with lurpack butter on that I was doing Jack & Rosie for their lunch!!!! with scrambled eggs MmMmMmMmMmm BUT I resisted even a bite :happydance::happydance: :headspin: :thumbup:

Having a pear and a options mint hot choc cos I'm starving.............

korma is the worst one for cals, try some thing tomato based :thumbup:

WW do a jar, I have got some in cupbord, very low cal :thumbup:

I am making my own tonight its a slimming world recipie :D

dry fry chicken/mushrooms/beef/pork....add tin of tomatos......tea spoon of ginger powder......teaspoon of curry powder or however spicy you like it......then add low fat natural yogurt near the end of cooking, serve with rice :D Very easy and low cal and yummy x

I have no idea how to cook! So I'm sticking to WW meals haha.

Today I've had
Pasty
WW bacon and leek quiche
WW shepherds pies with sprouts

Got my first night out planned for the 12th.. thats 2 weigh ins away, reckon I could lose 10lb by then? or is that too optimistic :shrug:
 
the one i used jenny was homepride? mildly spiced curry sauce, i added a tin of chopped tomatoes, and a grated onion and garlic paste, it was really nice actually,

so far today iv had,

breakfast - nothing got up late
lunch - nothing, cup of tea no sugar
dinner - few chips, 3tablespoons of rice, 2pieces of chicken and some curry sauce, i didnt eat it all though but i did have 3 big pieces of garlic naan bread,

if i get hungry later ill have a crumpet or a WW dessert, x

Jenny that is alot did not think it would be that much :shock: I try not to go over 5g of fat in 100g but I mainly stick to cals :thumbup:

This is the longest I have stuck to a diet soo chuffed :smug: still not cheated!

gym again tomorrow and going into town with kiddies and my mam for shopping and lunch of jacket potato and beans lol x

The quiche I had today was nothing special, just over 300 cals, 6 points and it was only tiny! I would of rather had a meal (hotpot, spag bol etc) :dohh:

The mildly spiced homepride curry is quite nice and quite low fat/low cal.I have mine with quorn.

I had curry tonight too! Rosemary Conley low fat chicken korma,was lovely.

Hiya girls

Here's what ive had today:

B- 35g Cheerios and skimmed milk
L- Pitta bread filled with mince from last night dinner lol
D- Lean pork steak, mash and carrots (amazing for me as I hate veg but I boiled them in chicken stock and they were yum)
Snacks- Banana, 2x Satsumas, Shape yougurt

Remaining points for today 3.5 :thumbup: Really getting the hang of WW now.

Im trying so hard to learn to like veg, and I think im actually learning to enjoy them!! Ive been hiding them in sauces and things......So far so good :happydance:

According to my online planner they are 2 points (35g bag) hun thats all flavours. Toffee Popcorn is 2.5 x
