2010 fat busters!!

I have just decided...im going to start at the gym!

But im sooo scared! I will be going on my own as i would have to go at different times to everyone else i know that goes :(

Does anyone else go to the gym alone? What was it like? xxx
 
i'd prefer to go by myself tbh

stick some headphones in and work at

Id say go for it hun!! I wouldnt know where to start in a gym so thats y I dont go :haha: But yeah I would imagine ure more likely to knuckle down and get on with it if ure on ure own iykwim x x
 
I go on my own! it took alot to push myself to go cos I am really overweight too andnot very confident but I did it :thumbup: I go 3 times a week and I am starting to really enjoy it :dance: x
 
Mmm well i have had a BINGE FEST!!! this evening soo pissed with myself!

not even going to mention what ive had cause it would take all night to write and remember :lol:

not to upset about it as i have till monday to be extra good and lose 2 or 3lb :D
 
sorry i forgot to weigh in yesterday - lost anothr 2lbs which im pleased with as making steady progress!!

i go by myself, find i gt a much better workout than if i go with friends, i just listen to my ipod while i work out! oh and i met my dh there and prob would not have if i went with friends :) :) xx

i was really annoyed last night probably through lack of sleep me and OH went for a drive and we ended up at mcdonalds, i had a big tasty meal LARGE, with coke, annoyed at myself but nvm, today is a new day :)

not eaten anything yet cus i got up late just had a cup of tea with no sugar, x
 
I had so much yesterday its a joke lol im gonna try and list some :lol:

a w.w meal with steamed veg
w.w chocolate mousse pot
a slice of toast with low fat cheese spread
4 slices of ham the small round ones :lol:
microwave rib sandwich with a box of micro chips
packet of crisps
chocolate
chocolate milk lolly

:rofl: such a binge that was

had nothing today yet woke up late

im not giving up :D just had a bad night thats all :(

so far I had breakfast- cornflakes ss milk no sugar, tea no sugar

Lunch - Mackrel on ww toast .... need to have different things but I am busy today cleaning so its quick and healthy ;)

Tea is low fat curry & brown rice, kids love it too :D

burning some cals off with this housework today lol x
 
iv made curry for tea not sure how much ill eat, the jar said 76 cals per quarter jar and its between 5 of us, put a tin of chopped tomatoes, garlic and onion, and chicken breast which i dry fried, so i dont think it will be too bad, with abit of rice and naan, i havnt eaten anything yet today but when i do ill have something light so i can eat abit more tonight :)
 
so far ive had

a snickers bar :blush:
i was stressed and we ran out of fags lol
it was a bad morning for me :blush:

and a seafood baguette
(mussels, crabsticks, salmon and avocado)
yum yum yum :cloud9:

should keep me going until the curry

i hateee seafood haha, only thing i like is prawns, i could eat a prawn mayo and salad baguette right now haha x
