I managed to get out for a nice long walk this morning before it started snowing again, seriously what is it with this weather

I've not had anything yet today, just a red bull (wooops!!) Don't know what to have for lunch, was gonna have salad but its gone all rotton, best get my shopping done!

like having some juice then freezing it?

You can get ice lolly moulds from places like Lakeland etc for quite reasonable prices.

I just buy a pack of fruitini ices,they are only 60cals and good if i'm craving something sweet.I think you get packs of 10

Oh my god I was a bloody mess last night, theres me thinking I could drink like i used to HAH! I fell over to lol Was a good night!

I weighed myself this morning, and Ive apparently lost 4lbs ish! But im not going on that as I havent eaten much today, nor yesterday and Im having a Burger King or Mcdonalds later.... x

hey girls

today has been okayish,

breakfast/lunch was - cheese and tomato sandwich and a galaxy milkshake,
dinner - yorkshire puddings, mash, roasties, greenbeans, broccoli, carrots and gravy, i did leave more than half though, probably will eat the rest of the creme egg icecream later but im gunna start fresh on monday iv just had a shitty week, x

Well I had a random tea, spicy wedges, a chicken burger, add egg mayonaise (made with light salad cream), it was scrumy! Even though not all that healthy. Stepped on the scales earlier and it's not looking that great for tomorrow

I went out aswell last night at town at 6 came home at 1
was bloody crap ended up getting a headache im such a lightweight now
and i missed my daughter i dont no how im going to cope being away from her
for a week when i go to ibiza im even having seconds thoughts of dropping out at times
but my mate would be proper upset & pissed with me if i dont go and she has a right to be!

dinner was rice crispies

4pm has 6inch subway brown bread, chicken breast, lots of salad

just had a ww chicken and wedges meal ... sooooo hungry now and feel like eating junk cos I am in the worst mood ever

My mam & dad and my sister will be looking after her
ill be taking her away with the family and me just to butlins aswell in june
so she still has a holiday aswell just not abroad yet when shes older
i wanna take her to florida its brill

yeah your right when i get there ill be okay but i hate doing goodbyes
i even cry when my mam goes on holiday without me i sound like a 5yr old
i dont no how ill be like saying bye to Brooke
