stupid question but here goes...how many pounds does a stone equal? lol I was reading through some posts and I have no idea how much weight loss some of you are talking about:)

and I forgot to add this in my 1st post but I started at 216 lbs (gasp) and am at 166 lbs right now

on my menu it says sweet & sour dishes (in batter)
then it has sweet & sour dishes (hong kong style)

i dont think the hong kong style one is in batter at my chinese? :shrug:
think ill just have to ring up on saturday and find out lol

I think i might start CD next week just going to read up about it
and then get back with some questions cause i know

I just had a Malteser Bunny.... why are they so good!!! I worked um out around 3.5 points so I can still have my WW dessert and save 4points :happydance: x

do you have to have the shakes? not really keen on milkshakes

I'm not even going to go into what I've had today. It felt SOOOO good just eating crap, I'll probably regret it Monday, but it needed to be done! Back to normal tomorrow :blush:

and you can get porridge and things
although the shakes dont actually taste
like milkshakes well they dont to me :shrug:

I've had a brilliant day so far (and I've been good on the scales) Do you remember I mentioned I started my own little part time business? Well it's with Usborne Books (Childrens books) and it turns out that I was 12th top New Organiser for January - Nationwide!!! Am sooo pleased, and I spoke to a librarian at a local school this morning who wants me to get involved (which is BRILLIANT) :D :cloud9: am soooo pleased!!! Been bouncing round the house this morning - that's sure to burn some calories!! :D

Jenny hun... best of luck with Cambridge.... don't focus on the weight you gaines sweets... just think of all the weight you're about to lose!! :hugs: xxx

so i wouldnt have to have the shakes?
cause im not keen on stuff like that
smoothies, shakes, ect not me.
how much has it cost you weekly?
would you be able to take a piccy of all your
stuff that you have got from CD? not like every item just
like a group picture of them all please if you dont mind :)

breakfast - cup of tea no sugar
mid morning - banoffee cereal bar, shape strawberry yoghurt, (fuller or longer one)
not sure what im having for lunch yet, me and OH are going to town in half an hour when he gets home from work, and it will probs be something crap, i really fancy a kebab tonight!
 
Kebab = bleurgh!

Things are a bit shaky at home at the moment :( Not sure whats going to happen but it's time like this that i wish i had a friend to take me away from all this and someone to listen.
