edit: This was in the Aberdeen store, looking online they're £99. The pastel Kidkraft kitchen is £77 including VAT in the Aberdeen store too.

It depends, when I reserved in the last 3 for 2 I had to reserve a couple of times due to them messing it up, and one reservation it only did it for a couple of days but the other one I reserved on the Tuesday and it held till the Monday!
