I've gained a stone at nearly 22 weeks and I'd like to slow down a bit, as we've had a holiday and various occasions which have involved lots of meals out etc! I've just got in loads of healthy snacks because though a have a slim frame I have a big appetite and feel sick if I don't have something to eat every few hours. I don't think it's too much to gain, but prob at the higher end of where I'd prefer to be.
