I did a bit of research on Soy Isoflavones because I was getting a bit desperate and didn't think my specialist was going to prescribe Clomid. He did and thankfully it worked.
But I found some research on PCOS and soy. Basically most people with PCOS have high levels of estrogen and taking soy (which mimics estrogen) can create more havoc. I have low estrogen so I was trying to find out whether it would help, but there was little research. But generally what I found was people saying don't take it if you have PCOS. But honestly I think if you can't get anything else and you're not ovulating, you're probably not going to do much harm if you start on a low dose and work your way up.
