25 Year old and really needing LTTTC buddies?

hi ladies. ive seen A LOT of BFPs over the year and 11 months we have been trying and im getting really annoyed and frustrated, it seems as though the other girls are trying for a bit and then BAM pregnant! its just starting to get to me. I dont understand when it will be OUR turn, ya know?

i was hoping to start a thread in LTTTC so that I could have some buddies that have gone a long time with no bfp and we could help each other out.

my DH and I were married in 2007. he was 19 i was 21, we separated due to dumb stuff for about a year and a half. we both had kids with other people on accident. i have a DD whos three and he has a son whos 5 days older.

Im now 26 in feb. and DH turned 24 in dec.

we really really want a child between the two of us! i was on the depo shot until march 2010 when we started trying. i didnt get a regular AF until December 2010. i started using OPKs, softcups, temping, fertilitea, fertilCM, March 2011. NOTHING works. no matter what we do!

Im planning on going to a doctor soon when our medical insurance starts because at this point i feel as though we SHOULD be pregnant.

i mean we r young... i dont get why it was so easy for us to get pregnant with other people but WE cant get pregnant! ugh.

anyone else want to share their stories?

My SO and I have also been trying for 11 months, im 24 anf he's 35. We both have kids with other people from before we met (i have a 6yr old girl, and he has an 11 and 12 yr old boys) what makes it worse is my sister is pregnant now and ahe was on BC! I want to be happy for her but I feel like I cant even look at her. My best friend also just gave birth to a baby girl. Ugh.... This sucks.

I'm 24 and my hubby and I have been married since 2007 and have never gotten a hint of a bfp. We got married at 19 and 20. I would love for some ttc buddies who can understand how it is being young and having a hard time concieving.

Keyannasmsmma...I know just how u feel Hun. It upsets me too when I find out another friggen cousin or friend id preggo... I mean I'm happy they are happy but it hurts so much when my husband and I are so in love and all we want is a baby of our own! It aux to try do hard and wish so much to have nothing each month. Its very stressful.

The Clark's ...wow you guys got married around the same time as me and my hubby and at the same age as us too. I think it'd be less stressful if we had eachother to lean on and talk to. What things have u tried for TTC?

I am 26 and OH is 31, We have been trying for number 2 for about 2 years and 3 months without a hint of a We are in the unexplained box which totally sux!!! but after changing doctors we were given some clomid to try. I am currently on my third round and am in the dreaded two week wait.

Could you get the normal blood work done before your insurance goes through to speed things up?

We have been ttc for 3 years and NOTHING! I have pcos and somehow he had a low sperm count, now he has a normal count and i had a op this month (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy ad ovarian drilling) i had a slight blockage in one tube and they unblocked that so i now have two tubes and the ovarian drilling was meant to regulate my cycles its still early days so we will see...
I have tried clomid and that failed, i havent had a ttc plan since august so now i am waiting for my next fs appointment in febuary to set up a plan...

I just hope we all get our we all clearly deserve them xx

We found out hubby had 0 sperm in 2009, deployed and than started trying again when we got back. Hubby has klinefelters, found out earlier this month and I have 2 fibriod tumors on my left ovary. So we are trying DS next month at home and possibly meds to go with them.

What about u?

I literally cried when I found out my SL was pg last yr. I wish I could say it gets easier but just remember to be thankful to have the ones you have.

GL! I know it can seem rough but I've heard a lot of good things about IUI, have u looked into injectables?

I JUST turned 26 and my hubby and I have been together for 9 years. I just went to 150 mg of clomid and my blood test said I ovulated at least! :-D I'm trying to wait until the 1st to test. Good Luck!

Thanks! I'm excited for this! My doc wants to try clomid first then move on to injectables

I'm 26, so is DH, and we've been ttc for about 15 months now. We've been trying to take a relaxed approach... I still want to keep that, but we're starting to look into things to see if we can find any reasons for not getting pregnant. Neither of us have any children, never had a BFP.

I'm going for my hsg scan on Tuesday... I'm a little bit nervous, but feelin ok about it.

We're also waiting for hubby's sperm analysis to come back.

I guess I'm just trying/waiting to see what happens.

I hope it goes well for you. Try to get a pelvic ultrasound too. I truly believe it is a good idea for any female. My hubby turned up with no sperm and we stopped testing on me till recently (2 yrs later) and I found out a week ago after my routine ultrasound that I have fibroid tumors. Something I probably wouldn't have found till it was too late.

@ tryinghard-good luck this TWW! ill send you some .... i suppose i could go and see a doctor now and get bloods and stuff but id rather wait to see if the med. insurance goes through well.i really cant wait to go and get seen and see whats up... but im scared to find out if something is really wrong! this cycle i think we will just not try. im going to try VERY hard NOT to use OPKS.

@Scerena-yay! i love having people to talk to about this, my DH tries to be as supportive as he can, but he just thinks it'll happen and dont worry about it.... but maybe thats not the case ya know?! some people need help! good luck with setting up your next plan.

@ theclarks... you're trying DS? im unsure what that is in relation to TTC...sry! and this cycle we are just gonna take a short break. just DTD whenever and no OPKs or anything. this will be the first cycle since march that we arent full TTC lol I just need to try not to be SO stressed out all the time!

@ourfate- hi! hopefully we can get our BFPs soon! also what exactly is PCOS? i hear good things about clomid. i wish i could try that!

@BJLd-thats great news! i dont even know if i am actually Oing? my cycles are SUPER regular and always get + OPKS. i think i have little CM though.

Kimberly- injectables are a stronger fertility med then clomide, working on getting some myself if this cycle didnt work. And DS is donor sperm. My hubby has klinefelters which causes him to produce no sperm at all.

kimbre, PCOS is where (on the most part) you dont or hardly ever ovulate on your own, there are a lot of other symptoms aswell, acne, hair growth/loss, if you are overweight it is harder to loose weight and a couple more, in the 8 months before seeing a fertility specialist i only ovulated on my own once. so thats where clomid comes in, i have done the 3 cycles but to up my chances even more doing the IUI with it aswell
