2dpo symptoms?

I'm 2dpo and (trying not to get my hopes up) just have a feeling this is the month. We BD all through my fertile time, and this is the first LP I've ever felt symtpoms. I've been having EWCM, dull aches in my stomach, back ache, nausea (it feels just like the morning sickness I had with my first) and moodiness. I just feel pregnant! I know it's way too early to tell, but has anyone had "symptoms" this early and got a BFP?

Biologically there is no reason you should feel symptoms as your body doesn't know you're pregnant at this point. Optimism is good however!
