2nd child benefit changes

Morning all!

Had a quick search but couldn't seem to find what I was after on here.

Without going into the whole mechanics of it all, I was just wondering which benefits (if any) increase when you have a 2nd child? We currently get WTC, a miniscule amount of CTC, a bit towards council tax and obviously CB. I've just the various calculators online and they all say we don't even get what we get now! Just trying to get a general idea for my budgeting about if anything is going to increase.

Unless youre a high earner then child benefit for 2 children is £134 every 4 weeks.

If you're already getting CTC with one child, that will go up when you have a second (by how much depends on your income).

Child benefit is £13.40 per week for any children after the first.

Your HB and CTB should also be affected. Mine shows an element for 'children' then a separate element for 'more than 1 child'.
