3 days light bleeding and cramps... 2 faint positives??

Hello, I wonder if anyone has any advice for me. I am due my covid vaccine today (NHS frontline worker) and I did a test just to make sure I’m not pregnant. I am on day 3 of a light bleed but I had bad cramps. Also my temps are low. I tested yesterday and nothing and today I got what I think might be two faint positives. Or a bad batch maybe? I have waited for this vaccine and I obviously can’t have it if pregnant. I would hate to cancel as my daughter is a shielded child and I need to protect her. Any ideas?
