3 weeks and 4 days

I just got my BFP Saturday and went to the doctor and took a blood test Monday. Turns out I found out super early because I'm just over 3 weeks. The last two days I have had a lot of cm, very heavy thirst and my breasts have been extremely tender. Today my symptoms have become a lot less noticeable. Is this a bad sign or is it normal for them to come and go?

Hi! I found out super early too, I'm less than 4 weeks and ridiculously anxious!
It's totally normal for symptoms to come and go.
Try not to over analyse everything.
