AF got me again this month, so annoying as I either got a very very good false positive 12dpo or had a chemical (AF been heavier n bit more painful) how did you get on this month tryn4 had my fx for you
Well this cycle I've decided to try soy isoflavones, been a bit anxious about it as I have a very regular AF an hope I don't mess it up, cd3 today took 80mg last night as went to bed gonna take same tonight then switch up to 120 for 2 days an 160 for last dose, I'll let you ladies know how I go on with it, read a lot of good stuff but we'll see haha
