39-year old Newlywed TTC

My husband and I (39 yrs) have been trying to conceive for four months. No luck as yet. I started acupuncture on CD 3 of my current cycle in hopes of improving my odds. Not sure if my cycles look ok in terms of fertility, but mostly concerned this cycle as my ovulation was way off. I'm confused this month especially because my period came early (2/29), but I didn't have an LH surge until 3/17. The longest cycle I've had in the last two years has been 27 days, so if I go by that, I'm due for another period on March 27th. I'm concerned that there is not enough time between suspected ovulation and my next cycle start. Should I be concerned based on this data?

Your Feb-Feb/Mar cycle seems short. Was it only 25 days from first day to first day? The ovulation times look right to me but I think if your cycle ends too soon after ovulation it doesn't give the egg enough time to implant if fertilized. I'm not a doctor though.

I'm also 39, newly remarried and TTC #3. We've been trying for 9 months, second IUI will be around April 27th.
