Good luck with the 100mg hun! I'm surprised they have upped it though when you've had a BFP on 50mg .

I've just noticed on the front page Glowbug has a BFP!! On a clomid break too! If you're still subscribed to your thread hun, huge Congrats!

Mrs: Did you O already? Glad clomid is working, have you thought of adding IUI to a cycle?

I have been on metformin for 3 months. So I will start progesterone to start AF this weekend then here goes the treatment... Day 5-9 150mg clomid, day 5-15 dexamethozone (steriod), day 14 follicle check if growing noveral shot, I think we do IUI to up our chances (why not were spending a lot of money anyway). Continue on metformin, adding vitex twice daily and last a friend of mine had me start accupunture twice a week!! Seriously if I do not at least O this cycle, I might go bannanas!!! FX'd please

My day 21 progesterone levels are low and getting lower with each cycle, so that's why they're upping my clomid dose despite my bfp. Hoping the side effects aren't too bad with the higher dose.

Babyteach - good luck with everything this cycle! With everything you're going through, surely you'll have to ovulate!

Babyteach, I've read taking vitex & clomid together is a big no no! Have you checked with your doc? I have everything crossed for you hun.

Yes I think I have as cm has dried up & cp is feels like its closing. I didn't opk this month. Gonna still BD a few more times just in case. IUI I think will be the next step for us, with the NHS we can't get anything until the DR says so & its pretty expensive private. Hopefully the FS will recommend IUI when we see him in April x

Great ladies! I would be so excited to see three BFP next month!! My birthday is at the end of March so it would be a fabulous bday present for us all!!

Mrs: Do you suggest I take the vitex until I get my period? I started it a week ago and starting Friday I will take 10 days of provera to induce good ol AF. Then after AF arrives I will start clomid days 5-9. I have not told my doc yet that I started vitex but I will be calling today or tomorrow to get the provera perscription filled, so if I remember I will ask. Thanks though Glad they might look into IUI, I figure if it increases our chances why the heck not!

Scoobly: Do you take progesterone all the time? In a pill or cream form? When I had day 21 blood day tests my results were always .6-.8?!?! I know it showed I did not ovulate but could I have a progesterone problem too? FX'd 100mg is your ticket!!

Hmmm if im honest I don't think you should take the vitex at all hun...I used to take it to shorten my cycle, it worked for a bit but then went back to normal & I believe it made my spotting worse so I stopped. Some girls take it to bring on AF so I guess it wouldn't be a good idea with provera? I'm no expert though . I too worry I've a progesterone problem but my FS says he doesn't believe in LPD/progesterone deficiency x

Thanks I decided to stop taking it, I figure I am doing accupunture so hopefully that helps bring on AF and ovulation! Thanks for your help, thank goodness or I might have ruined another cycle, ahhhhh!!!

I don't take a progesterone supplement. My 21 day prog was 13.4 the first cycle with clomid, which is when I conceived, and this past time it was 6.4. I think my docotor wants to see it at 15 or greater. Mind you I'm in the states so I don't know how this compares to overseas standards. So we've upped the clomid in hopes that it will increase my post ovulation progesterone I guess? I'm not completely sure I understand how it all ties together.

Scooby I'm sure I read that in the UK they recommend 30 for progesterone. God knows what mine was when I had it done as all the FS said was that I didn't ovulate. When I go back in April I'm gonna ask him if he can do another one x

I'm 5dpo, I ovulated on CD16 this cycle, which is a few days earlier than my normal. Hope that means 100mg clomid is working! I've been having occassional cramping the last few days, and today felt some pulling/twinges above my belly button...sure hoping this is a good sign! I had the same feelings last time I got a BFP.

What's going on with you MrsPTTC?

Doctor called with my 21 day progesterone levels, 24 this time!! The first cycle on clomid when I had a BFP my level was 13.4, and last month was only 6.4, so 24 is a huuuge improvement! I wonder if part of it has to do with ovulating earlier this cycle. Either way, I'm happy!

Hey! Just wanted to chime in here!
I was on chlomid for a few months and a few months later
I got a BFP. I was very very discouraged it didn't work and wondered if I'd ever
Get pregnant. A few months later we concieved totally natural
Just wanted to encourage you that it can happen!

Glowbug! I noticed you were preggo and congratulated you a few posts back, I'm glad you came back onto your thread to share your news! Funny isn't it that you got your BFP on a break! You must be thrilled!

AFM - not much to report really, the clomid is over, had a horrible hot flash this cycle, only the 2nd time I've had that out of 6 cycles. Hope it's a good sign that it's working properly! I'm not OPK'ing this cycle again, just going to BD or AI every other day. Looking forward to my FS appointment in 5.5 weeks!

I tried a frer last night that was negative. I think I'll use another ic this afternoon and if the line is darker maybe I'll try another frer. I also have some dollar store tests and digitals, but afraid it's too early for them. I'm sooooo hoping this one sticks!
