4 month sleep regression question!

After the wonder week at 4 months was over did your baby ever go back to sleeping through the night?!

My son has been waking mostly every hour for the last 4 weeks! But he seems to have calmed down a bit now and last night he only woke once. I felt like a new person!! Fingers crossed this is it as it's so draining
