4 weeks, headache.. help :(

im 4 weeks pregnant, and im sitting here with such a bad headache im about to cry. I feel like im going to vomit and im trying to eat and drink water but my head hurts so much. I only have advil in the house... help

I had this with my son once a week during the second trimester. I ate SPICY foods and it helped t ease the discomfort. Hot salsa, hot buffalo sauce, etc. Something about the capsascin helps to relieve the pain. Hope this helps.

I feel your pain, about once a week I get horrible headaches. They hurt so bad I can't even function. I found that laying down with a cold washcloth on my head is the only thing that eases the pain. You should try it!

thanks girls, the spicy helped! im surprised actually!! I was able to go get some Tylenol and take a low dose, and of course, today they are testing my fire alarms in my condo. 8-5. A good nap helped too. Thank you!!!
