4 weeks tomorrow when can I use a FRRR?

Hi all so I’m going to be 4 weeks pregnant tomorrow I’ve had positive results on FRER and ASDA tests but I’ve got a couple of FRRR I wanna use. Trouble is it doesn’t say on the tests what the sensitivity is and a google search has taken me to people saying that they called them and were told they do not disclose that information on these tests anyways when should I wait to use them?
