41 weeks Stretch and Sweep!!

I went to my ob for a stretch and sweep today, although im 41 weeks today, im actually about 40+4. On my antenatal notes he wrote soft and closed cervix and told me to come back in 3 days for another try. Are there any chances of me going into labor naturally in the next 3 days? any experiences? He mentioned induction but I really want to wait a bit more as i want to avoid medical intervention.

Every chance! Seen plenty women be closed, 24hrs they have baby in their arms.

Your not overdue till 42+1, your well within your rights to decline an induction. Best of luck!
